About IGC

Eligibility

Access is strictly limited to registered business users (operators, providers, aggregators).
You must sign up with a valid company email ID to use the platform.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company.

User Accounts & Data

To use IGC, you must create an account and provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
We also collect usage activity to improve our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Free Trial & Subscription

New users receive a 7-day free trial.
To continue using IGC after the trial, you must contact our sales team to arrange a paid subscription.
Subscription terms, billing cycles, and pricing will be communicated directly by our sales team.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except in cases of proven billing errors.
You may request cancellation at any time through the sales team. Access will remain active until the end of the agreed billing period.

Use of Data & Insights

All reports, insights, and analytics provided by IGC are for internal business use only.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit IGC’s data without written consent.
IGC owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, its content, and its reports.

Accuracy & Disclaimer

IGC data comes from automated scans of online gaming platforms.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.
IGC is not responsible for business losses, decisions, or damages resulting from the use of our data or insights.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Share your login credentials with unauthorized users.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
Use IGC for unlawful or competitive purposes.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Termination does not remove your obligation to pay outstanding subscription fees.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

Changes to Terms

IGC may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
